Enterprise Ireland has set up a marketing initiative to help small Irish food and drink companies to expand into the speciality UK market, which is estimated to be worth €6 billion per annum.
Already some 18 companies have signed up for the "True Marketing Programme", which is being run in association with Bord Bia and the Irish Exporters' association over a three-year period.
