The mushroom community throughout Ireland was saddened by the death of a popular and well-known grower Stanley Hunter, just before Christmas, December 2003.
Stanley, who operated New Mills Mushrooms Ltd, came from Ramelton in Donegal, and was a very active and vital young man. Sympathies are extended to Stanley's wife and family following their bereavement.
