A new publication has hit the mushroom sector in September 2003 – its called Mushroom Business. It is an international independent magazine for growers.
This new international trade journal hopes to keep growers and suppliers up to date with all the developments happening in the industry all over the globe.
The journal has articles on all aspects of the industry – cultivation techniques, which strains to use, diseases, pests and business economics. It also carries topical articles with he latest facts about sales, markets, suppliers, food safety etc.
