Sales of Italspawn varieties F56 and F58 in Ireland are soaring according to company sources.
The Italian spawn option is apparently making good inroads into the Irish market.
Sales are underpinned by growers concern with quality, with theF58 strain being particularly good in the quality stakes, producing some of the finest mushrooms that can be seen anywhere around the world.
