GOURMET PARTY

Mark O'Connor's outfit in Navan, Gourmet Mushrooms, hosted a Sylvan team along with travelling expert Henk Van Gerwen in April.

The picking regime was the focus of the day at the farm, which specialises in oyster mushrooms and other exotics.

There was also coincidentally a party for the pickers on the farm being held that day and it looked like all the personnel were having a good time.

It's great to see such a harmonious ambience and genuine bonhomie down on the farm.

Wouldn't it be nice if all mushroom units around the country were as joyful!
