Congratulations to Eilín Connolly of Amycel who tied the knot on May 5th to local man Sean Traynor. A great time was had by all at the do in Monaghan.
Mushroom talk featured in the speeches (there's no getting away from them) and mushrooms feathered on the menu. Of course Eilín insisted that all the mushrooms eaten were grown from Amycel products!
Eilín and Sean jetted off to Thailand on honeymoon! The best of luck and happiness is extended to Eilín and Sean from all Eilin's many friends and admirers within the mushroom industry.
