Interesting to see that mushrooms make it onto the list of the healthiest things to eat every week this coming year as listed in The Times.
At no.18 mushrooms get the nod, they contain selenium, which helps prevent cell damage, as well as vitamins D and B6, phytonutrients and fibre.
The paper lists 33 foods to eat every week and one of them is chocolate - what’s not to like. The only caveat with the choc is that it is to be over 70 percent cocoa content.
