You can’t switch on a telly, or open a newspaper ( does anyone do that anymore) but you see Jeremy Clarkson peering out at you. He seems to be everywhere at the moment.
Mr Clarkson was reviewing a new Porsche in one of the papers recently and spotted a peculiarity that was new. The car flashed a warning - “Hybrid coolant level too low. Please park and allow to cool.”
Baffled by this as the car had been parked outside all night on a November evening, he wondered -” So how cold would it need to be for it to be happy? Was I meant to put it in our mushroom fridge?”
Sure is a novel use for a cold shed. Stalker notes also that hybrid car sales could be permitted until 2035 to ease the transition to all-electric vehicles.
