Stalker was intrigued to read about a Donegal firm that is making an eco-friendly compost for farms and garden centres, using spent mushroom compost amongst other things.
Living Green, based in Quigley’s Point in the far north coast of Donegal is producing a certified organic wormcast compost, in a business to business sales model.
The firm is currently mostly focussing on Ireland, with some business in the UK.
Composted materials include horse manure, SMC, wormcast and other composted materials.
