Stalker was intrigued to read about the Mushroom Butcher takeaway on the South Circular road in Dublin. It’s all about mushrooms - they grow a number of varieties in a former retail unit beside their parking lot. Oyster mushroom stroganoff is one of their specialities - sounds delicious.
They also do some fancy dessert stuff, like creme brulee doughnuts. Worth taking a detour for Stalker would think!
They also supply a number of restaurants including Bastible, Saucy Cow and Cornucopia, just in case you’re near any of them.
