Mushroom Machine managing director Alan Edwards was at the North American Mushroom Conference in Las Vegas last month.
Alan was there to take questions and explain all to interested parties.
Alan was also there to take part in the Innovations and Automation in Harvesting session chaired by Ray Samp as part of The Future of Mushrooms segment of the event. Alan was joined by other notable panellists Sean O’Connor of 4AG Robotics; Jack Lemmen from GTL; Roland van Doremale from Christiaens; and Stefan Glibetic of Mycionics.
By all accounts the talk was both highly informative and indeed very dynamic - which bodes well for the future of the industry.
