David and Susan Carroll from Dublin have just recently completed their mushroom production facility expansion.
This includes six new state of the art 50 tonne growing tunnels. The Tunnels are kitted out with Dutch shelving that is three shelves wide by four tiers high and are fully computerised.
Stalker has heard that many visitors to the facility have come away very impressed indeed.
