Mushroom coffees are very much on trend this month - especially in the US.
It’s probably down to the fact that they have a National Mushroom Month and they even have a national mushroom day - it was October 15th this year apparently.
The varieties of mushroom coffees are quite staggering and the sector is burgeoning. You can get nearly every type of mushrooms with every type of coffee.
Stalker has to admit to not having tried a brew yet, even though as an aficionado of both products - the thought of combining them is slightly anathema.
Perhaps it is time to bite the bean so to speak, and indulge in one of the rich and heady brews available on the market.
