AI THREAT?

Stalker was pretty chilled about the idea of AI being a threat to humanity - applied statistics being the less worrisome term.

Then Meta (Facebook to you and me) go and release an AI into the wild, so to speak.

Then you read NIck Clegg’s latest pronouncement - former deputy PM in the UK, now Meta’s  head of global affairs and communications.

He says that Artificial Intelligence technology is too stupid to threaten humanity. O dear - hubris indeed.

That would get one worried for sure.
