After a four year break caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the latest edition of the international trade fair dedicated to mushroom industry – Dutch Mushroom Days – eventually took place this May.
The event in the beautiful Dutch town called s’Hertogenbosch , was attended by 110 exhibitors, from18 different countries, and over four and a half thousand visitors from 83 countries, from the 10th to the 12th of May.
The event was deemed a spectacular success by commentators.
There was a strong Irish presence at the event this year, with many exhibitors from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
