Perusing the magazine of the year, The Times Magazine, Stalker was amazed to come across the latest trend that seems to be sweeping the higher echelons of society - a shroom retreat.
Apparently Silicon Valley bosses have been micro-dosing LSD for years, but now the latest drug of choice for CEO’s seeking that extra edge is magic mushrooms.
The Times reporter went on a £13,000 shroom retreat trip to see what all the fuss was about. The upshot of the piece was that the reporter basically fell asleep. He managed to get well rested, that’s for sure - but surely there are cheaper methods to find that oasis of calm and balm that is the arms of Morpheus.
It all sounded very solemn and po-faced too, Stalker will not be heading out to Western Canada to elucidate any further on the matter.
