Stalker noted that meteorologists are predicting a stormier winter in the Northern Hemisphere, due to the effects of the La Nina weather phenomenon in the Southern Hemisphere.
It truly shows the interconnectedness of this world when climate variations in one half of the planet causes major effects to the other half.
We’lll watch this space for how this winter pans out, although the forecasters are also predicting a milder winter too because of the effect.
