Good news for horticultural growers with announcements that payments under the Horticultural Exceptional Payment Scheme (HEPS) have started to be issued to eligible applicants.
The monies available, a total of €2.8 million, is funded from Ireland’s allocation for exceptional adjustment aid from the EU to producers in agricultural sectors which have been impacted by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
