A reader’s editor column in one of the national papers alerted Stalker to an esoteric snippet of trivia, which may or may not be true.
Did anyone out there know that in some quarters it is the mushroom that is believed to be the fruit of knowledge that Adam and Eve partook of in the Garden of Eden. It was a new one on Stalker.
The truth or otherwise of this theory is one for theologians and the like.
Nevertheless it is worth mentioning, and anyone out there can follow it up at their leisure and pleasure. It’s a snippet of biblical proportions.
