Artists making music from mushrooms and other plants such as cacti, is no longer as far out as it once was.
There’s a burgeoning movement of musicians plugging electrodes into plants and synthesising music from the electrical impulses generated in them.
As one musician puts it, mushrooms sound squiggly and wonky.
This stuff exists out there on the web, and on social media app Tik Tok - it could be worth a listen to if you have any downtime to spare. Then again it’s not exactly Top of the Pops.
