Reading a restaurant review for an establishment in Aberdeen, Stalker’s eye was caught by one mushroom reference. Portobello mushrooms cooked in cider, along with marinated herring, soured cream and walnuts.The taste combo just seemed to sing. Stalker wouldn’t mind grabbing a bite to eat at Cafe 52 in the city. The granite city seems to be a real foodie paradise these days.
