The South African Mushroom Farmers' Association conference is being held from the 6-8th of May. Sylvan's Mel O'Rourke is giving a talk on casing and international mushroom consultant Ray Samp will also be speaking at the event.
Stalkerexpects that the wine industry in South Africa will interest both speakers when they are not engaged in the mushroom side of things.
