LION’S MANE

Stalker’s interest was piqued on reading a foodie item the Sunday Independent  on barbecued Lions Mane Steak.

The author was certainly bigging up the lion's mane mushrooms, searing the big mushroom on a hot pan.

Any summer mushroom  recipe is welcome, but this one in particular made for a mouth-watering moment.

Could be worth a go if you are out barbecuing in the glorious sunshine and heat we are experiencing this summer.
