Stalker is not sure what the protocol is on writing about the Northern Ireland Protocol, but it is certainly something that is exercising minds far and wide.
The less said here the better maybe, as with things on this supranational scale, they grind slowly and ineluctably to whatever conclusion, notwithstanding sentiments expressed in more local circles.
