One study out of Penn State Uni caused a flurry of headlines about mushrooms reducing one’s risk of cancer by up to 45 per cent if ingested everyday in quite modest quantities.
Once again Stalker adheres to the more sceptical side of things when listening to health claims spun out by media from scientific reports. But the overall message that mushrooms are good for health is a good one.
