Impossible Foods the American fake meat manufacturer is preparing for a stock market listing this year with a potential $10 billion flotation.
The company, founded in 2011 by Patrick Brown, a biochemistry professor, who wanted to address the impact of the meat industry on climate change, may well have doubled in value on the crest of the veggie food wave.
