NET ZERO

Morrisons supermarket chain has pledged to be completely supplied by net zero carbon UK farms by 2030.

The grocer plans to work with it's 3000 farmers and growers to help them grow and rear net zero produce.

Eggs are expected to be the first such products on shelves,as early as next year, with meat and vegetables potentially available to buy by 2025.

Looks like net zero is the trend and the bar that growers will have to meet in the very near future.
