UK haulage and logistics groups have lambasted the government for not producing a handbook to help truck drivers prepare for new border controls that come into force from January 1st 2021.
With only a month to go officials at the UK’s Department of Transport are rushing to rewrite early drafts of a handbook according to the Financial Times.
