Stalker has often read that our closest relative in the ape family is the lovely bonobo - gentle, intelligent, sociable creatures they are, with linguistic skills to boot!
Now it appears that the bonobos are also mushroom-loving critters too, and they have recently been discovering a new species of truffle according to scientists.
The new truffle is named Hysterangium bonobo in honour of the great ape. Who knew they were mycologists too?
