Sales of large vegetables, ideal for grill and barbecues, such as corn on the cob and flat mushrooms have been a popular choice this summer in the UK.
Sales for corn on the cob have risen 163 per cent, and sales for large flats have risen 111 per cent.
UK supermarket Waitrose is reportedly selling a lot more meat free products this summer season, with sales of Vegan Mushroom & Leek Bangers shooting up by 157 per cent.
