Irish exploration company Conroy Gold and Natural Resources are in the early stages of doing a deal with Anglo-Asian Mining.
The company is looking at developing a gold mine along the 65km stretch known as the Longford-Down Massif. With sites in Clontibret in Co. Monaghan and Clay Lake in Co. Armagh, the company has another nine licences for exploration in the Republic of Ireland.
With the price of gold breaking through the $2,000 an ounce recently, one can see that there is plenty of prospects for making money in the gold mining.
Once again Stalker is heading to the hardware store for panning dish and shovel. After spotting the two nuggets found in Australia each worth $350K, the prospecting might not be as god in Ireland!
