The rise of the robots continues apace with news that Ultraviolet (UV) cleaning robots are being deployed at Heathrow as the airport tries to encourage passengers to return to air travel.
The machines use UV rays to kill viruses and bacteria at night and will also use UV to disinfect moving handrails, and coat surfaces such as security trays, lift button and trolley handles with antiviral protection.
