Following the formation of the new government in Ireland the folio for agriculture vacated by Michael Creed (FG) is now in the hands of Barry Cowen (FF) -the new Minister for Agriculture and the Marine.
Pippa Hackett (Greens) will be a Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture attending Cabinet.
