Stalker is always on the look-out for new methods of cooking the fresh mushrooms.
A recent report on a US chef urging us to boil our mushrooms did not sound appetising at all. However on reading more closely the methodology seemed less like a harebrain culinary exercise and more like a cheffing bright idea.
As of yet it has to be tried out, but there may be method in the madness. Stalker remains a fan of the tried and tested method - frying in butter, with some soy sauce and brown sugar. Hard to beat.
