Vegan burger maker Beyond Meat is opening its first production facility in Europe as Covid-19 causes demand to spike for it's plant-based products.
The company which makes burgers, sausages and mince from plant proteins said the new facility in Zoeterwoude, The Netherlands, would be operational by the end of the year.
