A man has died in what has been described as a "tragic accident" at a peat plant in Dungannon, County Tyrone.
It happened at the Westland Horticultural factory on the Granville Road.
On the same day reports came in that a farmer died in a farming accident in Co. Kilkenny. The man died when he was carrying out repairs to a combine harvester. He was the 13th person to die on a farm this year.
As activities return to more normal after the lockdown, the dangers posed by agricultural machinery and workplaces are as serious as ever they were.
