Previously Stalker has noted the Ulster Fry index, a handy wee ruse for watching the cost of the ingredients of the typical Ulster Fry.
Recently reading the business pages of The Daily Telegraph Stalker came across a piece looking at the cost of the ingredients of the “full English traditional fry-up and implications for costs with the punning Full English Brexit.
The piece, accompanied with a photograph, examined the costs associated with the breakfast meal, focussing on eggs, bread tomatoes, bacon and sausage - but, lo and behold, there were no mushrooms involved!
That kind of shows the problem with London’s thinking on both breakfast and Brexit, maybe they just don’t get the whole picture, nor the whole meal!
