Gerry Coyle of Rockcorry in Co.Monaghan has exited the mushroom growing world recently. Gerry is now engaged in the profitable business of providing fuel for his customers at a filling station in Rockcorry. He has taken over an existing business and he will undoubtedly grow it too.
Gerry's legendary sandwiches are still available – callers will now just have to purchase them in the filling station shop.
