Stalker’s ribs were tickled by the cover photograph of the February edition of Mushroom Business.

There were a couple of familiar faces, lying back with their feet in the air, reading the Biz magazine while in the Dead Sea.

It was a great photo op, and well taken. The cheerful grins on the visages say it all.

Organising a similar shot in either the Irish Sea or on the Wild Atlantic Way with Irish growers would not elicit perhaps the same cheerfulness!
