An error crept into the review of the year in the January issue. The Bord Bia Origin Green awards ceremony in December included a mushroom category winner.
Reilly Mushrooms of Walderstown, Athlone, Co Westmeath were the winners on the night - the company has been in operation for a landmark 30 years, and it is a family-run business.
Gerry and Mary Reilly have nurtured the company for the three decades and with their sons also on board, the family run business continues to thrive.
The company was awarded top marks for overall farm management, health and safety, labour conditions and local community engagement.
