The Mushroom Business magazine reports that spawn company Lambert Spawn Europa is now up and running in their new factory in Venlo.
L F Lambert Spawn company was founded in 1919 in Pennsylvania, and is America’s oldest independent spawn company. Irish growers may remember International Mushrooms Ltd back in the day which was based on America's “first and finest mushroom spawn”.
The company says it has brought together the latest technology and the most talented people to ensure consistency in their product, and Stalker can well believe it.
