Reading about a new organic outfit in Australia, run by the newly crowned Young Farmer of the Year, Stalker noted that top of the innovations at the new mushroom farm was compostable packaging solutions. Things are beginning to change that is for sure.
Other innovations at this new Australian farm include cryptographic ledger technology combined with cold chain tracking capabilities to improve the supply chain; and automation for harvesting.
One senses that in all areas, things are moving fast when it comes to mushroom production.
