ROCKET & FEATHER
The cost of the barrel of oil on the world oil market seems to be creeping ever upward. As we near the November deadline for sanctions to be imposed on Iran by the US administration, the cost of Brent crude is just about $80 a barrel. Analysts are predicting $100 a barrel by the end of the year. Domestic and business users will no doubt be noticing that the prices are steadily rising. As one pundit remarked about the ups and downs of oil prices at the pump, they go up like a rocket and down like a feather. Pretty much sums it up.
