Stalker was amused by the summer set of photos emanating from the Russian president’s PR department.
Mr Putin, donning a cowboy-style stetson hat and trying to look cool in dark shades, has been out and about exploring the beautiful Sayano-Shushensky Nature Reserve in south Siberia.
He also took a boat trip on a lake, went for a ride in a light aircraft and hiked up mountains to explore the scenery.
One photograph showed him with a large mushrooms in his hand after foraging for it in the wild it seems.
Mushroom aficionados come in all shapes and sizes, just like the mushrooms themselves.
