NATIONAL FUNGUS

With news that New Zealand has selected it’s national fungus, the sky-blue mushroom Entoloma hochstetteri, it prompted a thought.


Does Ireland have a national fungus? Does England? And if not, why not?

It would be a great thing to have. So who’s going to start the ball rolling on that?
