The US Mushroom Council has updated and refreshed it’s website. The new consumer website — MushroomCouncil.com, replaces the councils older site MushroomInfo.com.
The refreshed website includes lots of photos and videos as well as information on popular mushroom varieties presented with fun facts, preparation tips and links to recipes. It might well be worth a visit.
