Stalker notes that Monaghan Mushrooms have hooked up with the charity FareShare UK, the UK’s largest food charity that helps redistribute surplus food.
Monaghan will be donating mushrooms to the charity for use in their meals that go toward different charitable enterprises, for those in need of nutritious meals.
It’s a great way to ensure that the famous fresh produce doesn’t go to waste, and it helps feed people in vulnerable situations. Great stuff.
