Stalker notes that Sipo, an Italian marketing company, has heralded the upswing in sales brought about by a new line in mushrooms they are purveying.
A few months since launching their new products, sales of certain products in the range – including sliced, stuffed and mixes for sautéeing – have reportedly gone “beyond expectations”.
Stalker reckons it sounds like the Italian version of Hughes Mushrooms here in Northern Ireland.
