Manager of the triumphant Armagh team Joe Kernan directed some complimentary remarks to two likely lads at the post match banquet in the City West Hotel in Dublin.
Joe extended thanks to many folk, but singled out Colm and Thomas McGeary for a special mention for all their support to the team over the years.
Observers had reported that Colm's been on cloud 9 since the Armagh win and was even more so after the mention.
