Employers are perhaps causing problems for themselves by not taking proper steps to ensure that hygiene is maintained when workers are moved to work in other areas when not needed in mushroom houses.
Moving back into a mushroom house after being employed on another job runs the risk that contaminants could enter the unit. It is up to employers to make hygiene a priority issue.
